Transfer Talk : End of June
It’s impossible to talk about transfers without a new Harry Kane rumour. This week, we’ll be covering some rumours and almost done deals like Rodrigo De Paul, Manuel Locatelli etc. The summer is just getting started and the transfer heat is finally being felt.
Transfer Talk : Harry Kane
Another day, another Kane rumour. According to strong sources, it looks like Manchester City have submitted their final offer for the Spurs striker. The deal initially includes 100 million euros. Players such as Raheem Sterling, Aymeric Laporte and Gabriel Jesus could also be a part of the deal. Spurs looks set to deny this offer, but with the given players and money, they could finally have the rebuild they’ve dreamt of.
Rodrigo De Paul
Rodrigo De Paul to Atletico De Madrid is coming soon. The transfer fee is around 35 million euros, and the player is set to complete his medical in Madrid. The Argentine has been the star man for the struggling Udinese Calcio. He has scored or assisted 9 in all competitions this season. This would be a great addition to the Atletico squad and should be a regular starter for them.
Manuel Locatelli
Juventus set to open talks with Sassuolo regarding the transfer of Manuel Locatelli. The transfer fee could be around 40-45 million euros. Manchester City and Arsenal are both set to match that price, but Locatelli appears to favour the Italian club. However, seeing how great Italy and Locatelli have been in the Euro 2020, his price may inflate in the coming weeks.
James Maddison
Arsenal are set to make Maddison one of their prime targets should Martin Ødegaard return to Madrid. Maddison has only played 24 PL games this season (7 off the bench) but still managed 13 g/a and should help Arsenal’s attack. The 24-year-old is valued at 80 million by the Foxes. However, Arsenal ready to include Joe Willock as part of the deal to slash down the transfer fees
